About our Presenters
Jake Green - Technical Presenter
Jake graduated through the NICEIC’s Apprentice Academy, working for Anvil Energy Saving Installations, whilst learning his trade at Bedford College, under the tutorship of his now colleague and mentor, Darren Staniforth! Jake has experienced all of the aspects of the trade carrying out work on Solar PV, agricultural installations and commercial sites, including testing large student accommodations. He also worked for a major national FM company, managing a large team carrying out works in the commercial sector all over the UK.
Having joined NICEIC ELECSA in November 2017, Jake sailed through his traineeship, and subsequently delivered technical seminars at Live, TechTalk and Scotland Roadshow events. His focus on bringing through the younger generation into the industry, by visiting colleges and giving students an insight of the electrical industry, together with presenting at our events, has proved invaluable and a real asset to the company and his new role as Marketing Technical Presenter.
