Having previously completed the fundamentals module, the delegate will use the knowledge and understanding gained to carry out compliant installations for fire detection and fire alarm systems to BS 5839-1:2017 This module is designed to meet the knowledge requirements of the relevant standards of the BAFE Scheme. Building on the knowledge gained from unit 1, delegates will learn a greater understanding of how to install fire detection and fire alarm systems to BS 5839-1:2017 and complete the installation certificate.
