COVID-19 GUIDANCE FOR CONTRACTORS

As the situation on the coronavirus pandemic is constantly changing, we are reviewing the latest guidance issued by Government, HSE and NHS, and assessing how this impacts our registered contractors.
 
With lockdown measures easing, we have updated some of our processes and methods of engagement. We are following two core principles when working with our contractors.
 
SAFETY FIRST - That health and safety remains paramount to our staff, our contractors and the customers they serve. We encourage everyone to maintain social distancing as much as possible and undertake good hand hygiene.
 
FLEXIBILITY - We know that our contractors will have differing needs during this period. This means offering a range options when undertaking assessments and training courses.
 
As we continue to operate as normal as possible, like many businesses, we have implemented a number of precautionary measures in line with Government advice and guidelines:
  • Our workforce is slowly starting to return to head office, the rest are working from home.
  • We are beginning to schedule face to face assessments but will continue with a blend of remote sessions and site visits.
