Scottish Certification Scheme

Building Services Certification for electrical contractors working in Scotland.

Whilst all electrical work in the UK is subject to BS 7671, this scheme recognises the different building regulations that operate in Scotland.

The Scottish Government Building Standards Division manages The Certification Register - the only authoritative source to find approved bodies and approved certifiers. Used by clients, homeowners and local authorities, successful applicants to this scheme will appear on this register.
