Advanced Warning - IT Maintenance

Due to planned upgrades to our IT Infrastructure, we have scheduled IT maintenance from 10pm Saturday 9th February through to 7am Sunday 10th February.

This will impact the following Online Services, meaning they will be unavailable for this period of time:

• Our Websites: www.NICEIC.com www.ELECSA.co.uk and www.certsure.com
• Our Customer Portal service to registered contractors: www.my.niceic.com and www.my.elecsa.co.uk
• Our Online Certification Software to registered contractors: www.niceiconline.com and www.elecsaonline.com
• Our e-commerce shop www.shop.niceic.com

The Infrastructure upgrade will provide all users of our online services with a number of enhancements regarding security, connectivity and improved storage functionality for our registered customers. 

Our Online Services will be back to normal services by Sunday 10th February 2019 at 7am, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
