When will it apply?
The GDPR terms will come into force on 25th May 2018.

Where does it apply?
The GDPR affects all European and non-European businesses who have customers in the European Economic Area (EEA). As a result, this law will still apply regardless of Brexit.

What preparations are we putting in place?
We are updating our business practices and procedures to give you greater control over your personal data.

  • Communications
We have developed an email preference centre to give you flexibility about the information you receive from us. The email preference centre will allow you to manage the topics you receive and the channels in which you receive them.

This will enable you to select the topics you want to hear about, such as technical updates, industry news, regulatory changes, product news, services and events.

  • Policies
To meet the new requirements of the GDPR, we are also updating a number of our policies; including the Privacy Policy, Data Policy and Cookie Policy.
