The system has been updated so any draft certificate or report can no longer be edited or finalised for
BS 7671 17th edition,
BS 5839 part 1 2013 and
BS 5839 part 6 2013
There are now the following options when making payments of Online Certification and Reporting System invoices:

Paying via the Online Certification and Reporting System is no longer possible.

If you have never used the Customer Portal but have had access to view and pay invoices on the Online Certification and Reporting System, we are updating your account settings so you can access the Customer Portal with your current log in details.
Our Customer Portal is a self-service system to help our contractors manage their account online easily from anywhere, anytime. if you experience any issue or difficulty accessing the Customer Portal please contact Customer Services for support
