Online certification App

We have been made aware of an issue affecting some users of the App version of our online notification system.

The problem seems to be specifically affecting those who are using the App offline – with no connection to the internet. It does not affect anyone using the App while connected to the Internet.

 A glitch in the system is preventing the information synching with the main programme at a later date and causing a loss of data.

PLEASE NOTE:  NICEIC online is not effected. Users can still log on to www.niceiconline.com to fill out, send and email certificates and notifications as normal. 

However, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this has caused some users.

We realise this has meant a loss of important information for some of you and we want to assure you that we are looking into the matter as a matter of urgency.

For now, our recommendation to everyone is to not use the App offline until further notice.

Our engineers are working on the issue and we hope to have a fix in place soon.
