Online Certification Update: Planned Enhancements

On Sunday 15th September, the Online Certification System will be offline from 8am until 10am with the following enhancements delivered to you.

On Sunday 15th September, the Online Certification System will be offline from 8am until 10am with the following enhancements delivered to you:
  • New Look and Feel – on the website, login and home screen pages to enhance the user experience (Image 1)
  • New Login Screen – Use your current username and password to access the system
  • Home Screen Enhancements (Image 2)
    • Search Functionality for Certificates, Reports or Notifications – showing the most recent 10 results for your search: Postcode, City, Client Name or Client Reference Number
    • Quick Link Access for quick access to Creation and Editing of Certificates, Reports or Building Control Notifications
  • Enhanced Search & Filter Functionality – The search functionality within the Existing Certificates and Notify pages, automatically showcase the results from the most recent 60 days for faster returned results
    • If you need to extend the search history just click on the + button to set a more specific search period and criteria for completed certificates within the last year or the ‘here’ if you want to review results over a year old (Image 3)
    • The advanced filter allows you to refine your search criteria based on Certificate or Report Type, User, Date Range or a combination of these
