Changes to assessment process during COVID-19 Outbreak

In response to the ongoing threat of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are closely following the advice from the UK Government . The safety of our customers, staff and wider community is our number one priority.   
We want to provide some clarity for our customers regarding the following: 
Cancellation Policy 
  • Any COVID-19 related cancellations will not result in a cancellation charge 

For Contractors with assessments in the next two weeks: 
  • Your Area Engineer will be in touch with you to ensure that all parties are happy to continue with the assessment

    The Online Certification and Reporting System will be down from 2:00am on Saturday 28th March until 9:00am on Saturday 28th March for system enhancements, maintenance and bug fixes.
