Facebook - Like our page and set your alarm for 8pm every other Monday. Facebook will notify you when we are about to stream live. 
You can also catch up on older Live Streams in the videos section. 




Youtube - Subscribe to our channel to be notified when our Live Stream will start, and to view previous episodes 




*Occasionally our live streams will be rearranged, any changes to the schedule will be posted on our social media channels in advance.
