Work - you can only leave home for work purposes where it is unreasonable for you to do your job from home, including but not limited to people who work within critical national infrastructure, construction or manufacturing that require in-person attendance
Where it is necessary for you to work in other people’s homes - for example, for nannies, cleaners or tradespeople - you can do so.
SAFELY UNDERTAKING ESSENTIAL DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL WORK
Working with ECA, NICEIC and ELECSA have created a short safety video for householder, electrical and other engineering contractors on undertaking essential domestic electrical work.
Based on UK Government and Public Health England guidelines, the video outlines the important steps which contractors should follow to ensure essential domestic work can be undertaken safely during the current coronavirus pandemic.
