ELECSA | Overview


As a valued customer, I wanted to contact you today about a decision we have taken to retire the ELECSA brand.
We have been considering the move for some time, but in a much-altered world, we feel the time is right to support you, our customer, in a move across to NICEIC – a certification body that benefits from 13 times more brand awareness with consumers than any other electrotechnical certification scheme.

What does this mean for you and your business?

In almost all cases we will ensure that you will continue to see the same assessor. Your assessor will undertake the same assessment regime that meets the stringent industry requirements that are in place to ensure your business is recognised for its technical integrity.
You will:
  • Keep the same registration number
  • Keep the same log in details for Online Certification, Building Notifications, the Customer Portal and the Shop 
  • Keep the same payment terms

In addition, our support functions such as the technical helpline team and customer service staff have and will continue to ensure that your business keeps up-to-date with technical and industry changes.
